EXCHANGE POLICY

We want our BRIO BABES 100% happy! And we will do whatever we can to ensure this is possible. REGULAR priced items can be returned for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT within 7 DAYS upon receipt. We are unable to do refunds. Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the original item back to us if they are exchanging for another item or size, subject to a $10 flat rate shipping fee to receive new item/size. US clients and INTERNATIONAL clients are subject to Canada Post shipping guidelines. You must have the original receipt, all product must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Footwear must be returned in original box with lid and inside a package. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE.

STORE CREDIT: Once the item has been received and processed you will receive an email with total credit (including taxes) minus the cost of shipping if applicable. Funds do not expire.
